- A minimum advance payment of 30-50% is required to confirm your event date.
- The balance amount must be cleared at least 3 days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash (receipt will be provided).
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a partial refund.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event date.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
4. Venue Tie-ups

- We are not responsible for changes made by third-party venue partners.
- Venue availability is subject to confirmation.
5. Food & Hygiene Standards
- All food is prepared in hygienic, certified kitchens.

- Live counters, buffet setup, and table service are handled by trained professionals.
6. Liability
- We are not liable for damages caused by natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure situations.
- Guests are requested to take care of their belongings; [Your Company Name] is not responsible for any loss or theft during events.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure timely access to the venue for our team to set up.

- If you prefer not to have your event featured, please inform us in writing.
